Hand/Wrist Pain

Hand/Wrist PainHand/wrist pain is typically caused by the everyday wear and tear we put on our hands. The pain you experience may include a wide variety of sensations like soreness, numbness, tingling, and throbbing. This is due to a large number of acute and chronic conditions that can cause hand/wrist pain. For acute pain, you should rest your injured hand and use the other hand for all possible activities. In addition we suggest you avoid all activities that cause you to flex/extend your wrist. If the pain doesn’t subside in a week, we recommend you see a doctor to rule out a chronic condition such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Arthritis, or Tendonitis.
