Buttock Pain
Buttock pain is typically caused by a bruise or bump, making it difficult for a person to sit or walk. In most cases, the pain resolves itself with ice and rest. If the pain doesn’t improve, there are a few serious conditions that could cause buttock pain. Buttock pain may be caused by a herniated disk in the back, arthritis, piriformis syndrome and more. If your pain lingers on after a few weeks of rest, we’d recommend you see a doctor for an examination as you may have a disk or nerve problem.
